I am using the blogger website. It is easy to use specially for beginners
For using domain, or using templates it is very easy to handle

People who use WordPress. They know you can't use a free domain. You have to buy a personal domain

Before you sign up on the AdSense or Adobe it is important that you uptade every day and post

May be if you have in insufficient page view  Your application will be under review
Its important to update the theme section and also post the blog on daily basis
Create the  content which make people think about the post
Create good content on the website
Do not  use copyright information or pictures on your website
It may cause problems in approval of AdSense or admobe
